Playground Project Update

The Keystone School District Education Foundation set an ambitious goal to raise all necessary funds for the elementary playground project by June 1, 2025, with hopes of beginning construction immediately after. While tremendous progress has been made, it became clear that meeting this aggressive deadline would not be possible.

With student experience in mind—the decision was made to delay construction until the summer of 2026. This ensures that students will not lose access to the current playground during the upcoming school year and gives the Foundation additional time to reach our fundraising goal.

As with many large-scale projects, there are challenges along the way, but the Foundation remains fully committed. Our new goal is to have all funds raised by May 1, 2026, with construction beginning June 1, 2026, and completed by the start of the 2026–2027 school year.

We sincerely thank the community for its continued support.

New Gymnasium Flooring

The Keystone School District Education Foundation raised $250,000 from the generous donation of Brian and Renee Coll, class of 1991, to completely replace the high school gymnasium flooring.  The new gym floor is complete with state of the art technology creating a much healthier and safer floor for all our students and faculty.
